能够透彻理解完整的股权激励计划日常管理流程、作为财报及对外报备工作的核心人员、与内部团队合作、确保股权激励计划相关的财报及对外报备工作的准确性:
 1、负责财报及对外报备的日常工作,确保准时、准确及合规;
 2、制定股权激励计划财报相关的分析及报表,支持管理层决策;

 3、完善日常工作流程、并提出优化方案; 

 4、制定和更新股权激励计划与财报相关的政策和程序,作出切实可行的建议; 

 5、根据需要执行特殊项目

 The position involves a thorough understanding of the entire process of equity incentive plan management, acting as a core member of financial reporting and external reporting team of ESOP, working cross-functionally to ensure the financial reporting and external filing are accurate and in compliance with relevant requirements. 1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of ESOP related financial reporting and external filings; ensure timely, accuracy and compliance; 2. Develop analysis and reports related to the financial reporting of ESOP to support management decision-making; 3. Improve daily work processes and propose optimization plans; 4. Develop and update policies and procedures related to financial reporting of ESOP, and make practical suggestions; 5. Execute special projects as required.

职位要求

1、具有5年以上财务工作经验、当中有管理或了解股权激励计划的经验优先; 

2、优秀的沟通和协作能力、能够和不同团队一起协作支持股权激励计划财报相关的日常运营; 

3、熟悉具备良好的团队合作精神及国际化视角、可有效地与内外部不同的相关者合作、 确保日常工作顺利运作; 

4、具有高度的专业操守和保密意识、能够处理敏感信息并确保其安全性; 

5、具备快速学习、较强的分析和解决问题的能力, 愿意学习股权激励计划相关的财务处理、 运作流程、 管理及法规; 

6、拥有良好的组织和时间管理能力、能够在一个具有挑战性的环境中工作、并且同时处理多个任务。

 1. Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience, with experience in managing or understanding equity incentive plans preferred. 2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work collaboratively with different teams to support the daily operations of ESOP related financial reporting and external filing. 3. Familiarity with a strong team spirit and an international perspective, able to effectively collaborate with various internal and external parties to ensure the smooth operation of the equity incentive plan. 4. High level of professionalism and confidentiality, able to handle sensitive information and ensure its security. 5. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn about the financial reporting, operational procedures, management, and regulations related to equity incentive plans. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work in a challenging environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
