If somethings not quite what you expected once youve received the watch, or you have a question about your order, contact our team to make sure any queries you have are resolved quickly and professionally within the 14 days.
At TIME4PEOPLE, we aim to exceed expectations on every order that we deliver, however we know that there may be occasions when you feel it is necessary to return an item.
You have 14 days to return.
Please follow these simple steps;
1. You can either call our Customer Services Team or email us with the Item Code you wish to return. You should receive a Returns Confirmation within 24 hours.
2. Simply send the item back to us in its original pristine condition (tags & stickers) packaging together with all enclosed documentation within 14 days and we will issue the refund you are entitled to as soon as possible within 30 days at the most.
Please make sure you use a secure signed-for courier to make the return, the cost of delivery and return will remain your responsibility.
Returns claims will in no way affect your statutory rights. Important Information
If you have any remaining manufacturers warranty, then you can send your watch to them for repair either via us or via an authorised retailer.
If your watch is covered by a TIME4PEOPLE Warranty but not the manufacturers warranty, then we will undertake the repairs in conjunction with the manufacturer where necessary.
If your watch is not covered by any warranty then you can send it in to us for a quote. Please see our Servicing & Repairs page for more information.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
